Fastenal will build new office complex near home base


Fastenal Co. on Friday announced plans to build a new office complex in downtown Winona, with room for potentially hundreds of employees.

The Winona-based vendor of industrial and construction supplies, which currently has its headquarters just north of downtown, announced its plans on Friday to build a 90,000-square-foot expansion along the city's historic Mississippi riverfront. The offices could house 400 to 600 workers.
