Fatburger parent buys Elevation Burger for $10 million


Fatburger parent company FAT Brands Inc. has bought burger chain Elevation Burger for $10 million, funded through a combination of sellers’ notes and cash.

With the acquisition of Elevation Burger, FAT Brands (Nasdaq: FAT) now franchises more than 400 restaurants worldwide with annual systemwide sales exceeding $400 million.
