Federal judge approves sale of Dallas developer Tim Barton’s hotel out of receivership

A federal judge on Monday approved the sale of an Amerigold Suites hotel in Dallas against the wishes of North Texas real estate developer Timothy Barton, the owner of the property, who faces federal criminal and civil charges.
