FedEx Express President and CEO David L. Cunningham Jr. sold his waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale for $6.2 million.
The Memphis resident sold the 5,100-square-foot home along the Intracoastal Waterway at 1300 W. Lake Drive for $1,206 a square foot.
The home last traded for $4.1 million in 2010. It was built on the 25,100-square-foot site in 1957. The home has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a pool, media room and a boat lift.
