Houston billionaire Tilman Fertitta announced Sept. 12 that his new luxury hotel tower has received a prestigious designation.
The Post Oak Hotel earned a AAA Five Diamond Rating, according to a tweet from Fertitta. It’s the only hotel in Houston with the designation.
In January, AAA released a list of 121 hotels in North America that earned the AAA Five Diamond Rating over the prior 12 months. The only Texas hotel on that list was The Ritz-Carlton in Dallas, one of eight newcomers.
