Fidelity’s husband-and-wife team of ‘deal junkies’ loves solving commercial real estate puzzles


Charlie and Carole Badgett, a husband-and-wife team of commercial real estate escrow officers, met in the late 1980s while working for different title firms on the same months-long transaction. They married in 1990 and moved through several firms together before starting with Fidelity National Title in late 2020.
