Filing of more than $9.6M leads commercial building permits issued last week in Albuquerque


A project at 7100 Lomas Blvd. NE is estimated to be about 44,726 square feet with an estimated cost of more than $9.6 million. The work will be done by Hart Design and Construction Inc. and SMPC Architects.
