Financier Robert Mercer’s superyacht ‘Sea Owl’ slips back into Seattle after two years


The superyacht "Sea Owl" slipped back into Puget Sound waters and came through the government locks in Ballard during the noon hour on Friday

It moored in the locked facility at Emerald Landing on Lake Union, where boats quickly cruised by for a look.

The Sea Owl has been in Seattle before — when it drew many gawkers by land and sea during a May 22, 2017 stop.

This 203-foot vessel is worth between $75 million and $90 million and has traveled the world since it was built six years ago.
