Three Mexico natives are joining forces to open an authentic Mexican taqueria on Bardstown Road.
Oscar Estrada and his brother Benigno Estrada are working with longtime friend Ariel Roblero to open Taco City Louisville, the restaurant they've long been dreaming of owning and operating.
Taco City Louisville will be in the former Time & Space Café building at 1283 Bardstown Road. It is flanked by Time & Space bar and Joy Luck Asian fusion restaurant.
