Financing in place for redevelopment of downtown’s massive Jefferson Arms building, city board says


The developer behind a reboot of the historic Jefferson Arms building in downtown St. Louis has secured financing, according to documents filed with the city. The massive structure, vacant since 2006, is slated to get residential, hospitality and commercial space, though its redevelopment has been slow to materialize.
