First Commonwealth promotes retail banker who led Ohio branch buys


First Commonwealth Financial Corp. has appointed Joseph Culos executive vice president.

Culos’ responsibilities have expanded to include management of 135 financial solutions centers in Pennsylvania and Ohio, and of a small business banking team. He has executive oversight of two customer care call centers and the learning, development and branch operations team.
