First Look: 70-unit wing to kick off $37M expansion of Upper Arlington senior community


A new five-story wing will be the first addition to a National Church Residences property in Upper Arlington.

Plans submitted to the city indicate the senior community is proposing adding 166,000 square feet for 70 units of independent living at 1800 Riverside Dr. Plans show 24 one-bedroom units from 1,064 to 1,227 square feet and 46 two-bedroom units ranging from 1,283 to 2,203 square feet.
