First phases of Kapolei affordable rentals to be done by late 2019


The Michaels Organization officially broke ground on the first phase of Keahumoa Place, a 320-unit affordable rental project in East Kapolei located within walking distance of the University of Hawaii West Oahu and a future rail transit station that will open its first units by the end of next year.
