Stacie Callies of the Westown Association counted about 3,000 office jobs that the west side of downtown Milwaukee lost between 2005 and 2018. But times have changed dramatically for the area of downtown Milwaukee west of the river, which one executive called Milwaukee's 'corporate row.'
