Food again served at Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom


Pabst Milwaukee Brewery and Taproom once again serves food with the addition of a pop-up kitchen operated by Great Lakes Galley.

The kitchen will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with Thursday, Sept. 6, marking the opening day, according to a news release.

On Friday nights, chef Jon Marraccino will offer a fish fry, including fried cod and perch, as well as broiled cod. Customers can also opt for a brewery tour and fish fry combination, a $20 offering that includes a pint glass…
