Foreclosure auction scheduled for Hilton Minneapolis


The largest hotel in the Twin Cities, the Hilton Minneapolis, is scheduled to be auctioned in a sheriff’s sale next month, according to a public notice issued by Hennepin County Sheriff's Office.

The foreclosure auction of the 826-room hotel, which continues to operate, is scheduled for Jan. 13 at the sheriff’s office in downtown Minneapolis. The owners of the hotel are Chicago-based Walton Street Partners LLC and Fernandina Beach, Fla.-based Haberhill.
