Form D Friday: Richardson payments company gets $5M injection


Richardson financial technology company ModoPayments has raised $5.2 million, a filing shows. The capital injection is related to the recent acquisition of Modo by Deutsche Bank, a spokesman for the banking giant confirmed. The German bank announced in August that it was purchasing a stake in the company, which develops a way to make payments easier and faster.
