Former Arizona School Facilities Board chairman sentenced in conflict of interest case


According to court records, the former School Facilities Board official, who now serves on the Glendale Planning Commission, failed to disclose his and his son's interest in a Valley general contracting business that was awarded board contracts on at least three occasions.
