Former Bourbon restaurant space part of the fiscal year-end D.C. sales rush

Principal Kevin Riegler paid nearly $2.3 million Monday for the Adams Morgan retail building that previously hosted drinking establishment Bourbon, just one of dozens of commercial real estate properties that sold in the past week as the final hours of the District's 2019 fiscal year drew to a close.
