Former Marine Corps cybersecurity expert joins U.S. Bank board of directors


U.S. Bancorp has added a former United States Marine Corps cybersecurity expert who is one of only three women to reach the rank of three-star lieutenant general to its board of directors.

Loretta E. Reynolds will serve on U.S. Bancorp’s (NYSE: USB) capital planning and risk management committees as well as the cybersecurity oversight subcommittee of the risk management committee.
