Former masonic lodge on G.E. Patterson to become mixed-use apartment project


The former lodge of the Prince Hall Masons at 154 G.E. Patterson Ave. is set to be restored into a mixed-use project, according to filings with the Downtown Memphis Commission's Design Review Board (DRB).
