Former mayor sells oceanfront mansion in Palm Beach to oil executive for $14M


A Dallas oil executive bought a waterfront mansion In Manalapan for $13.5 million.

William T. Gerrard, the town’s former mayor and the founder of Advanced Radio Communications Services, sold the 23,817-square-foot mansion at 1960 S. Ocean Blvd. to Jean Christine Thompson, of Dallas. She’s an executive and major shareholder of Thompson Petroleum Corp., a supplier of petroleum products in 23 states. She’s also a significant shareholder of Crockett County National Bancshares.
