Fort Worth firm set to close on well-known retail center owned by Blackstone affiliate

After a bidding process and an initial master development agreement, Fort Worth's Trademark Property Co. is set to close on Arlington's Lincoln Square on Oct. 17, according to a presentation made Wednesday.
