Fortune favors the bold: How to exercise control when facing uncertainty


As we navigate choppy economic waters, I’m reminded of the joke about the stodgy old Kansas City banker who, it was said, accurately predicted 20 of the last three recessions. Unlike that banker, real estate professionals tend to be more optimistic. In spite of our sanguine nature, however, my Cushman & Wakefield colleagues and I are approaching the new year with a realistic viewpoint and more than a little trepidation.
