Four commercial real estate firms merge to become CBRE Upstate NY


CBRE Buffalo is now CBRE Upstate NY, after a merger of commercial real estate firms in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Albany.

Each of the four offices was an independently owned affiliate of CBRE Group, the global commercial real estate giant. Now they are one company under the same ownership group.

The company will maintain its existing offices in each city, according to Darby Fishkin, former owner and CEO of CBRE Buffalo, now co-owner and chief operating officer of CBRE Upstate NY.
