Fox Point home re-listed at lower price — with an interesting incentive for buyers

A luxury Fox Point house on Lake Michigan is back on the market at a lower price — and with a unique incentive for buyers. The house was listed in May for $3.59 million. It was relisted earlier this month for $3.20 million.
