Franklin advances plan for 434 apartments, town center near Ballpark Commons


A plan to redevelop a Franklin shopping center into hundreds of apartments, restaurants and a public town center advanced Wednesday evening. It's one of three new projects that would collectively add around 1,000 apartments in Franklin and could generate more than $434 million in economic impact over 10 years.
