Franklin Templeton to exit Harbor East for Harbor Point

Franklin Templeton is the latest blue-chip tenant to move to 27-acre Harbor Point alongside Exelon, T. Rowe Price, Transamerica, Morgan Stanley, EY and RBC Wealth Management.
