Frisco-based real estate company CAF Capital Partners appears to have purchased The Heights at Campfire Crossing, a 399-unit apartment complex in Garland, according to county deed records.
Though no purchase price was given, the property was last assessed for $58.5 million by the Dallas Central Appraisal District. Deeds say the complex was bought by an entity addressed to the offices of the CAF Cos., the umbrella company for both CAF Capital and CAF Management.
