Thousands gathered in downtown Greensboro this weekend for the inaugural N.C. Folk Festival, a free outdoor celebration of cultural roots and heritage.
Attendees at the three-day festival enjoyed cultural demonstrations, local vendors and, of course, music – from blues, folk and gospel to Latin American, Haitian and West African sounds.
