Gannett closes $130M acquisition of Boston digital marketing firm


McLean-based Gannett Co. Inc. has closed on its $130 million acquisition of WordStream Inc., a provider of cloud-based services that help businesses and agencies manage and improve their paid search and advertising campaigns.
