Verandas @ the Views, a $15 million luxury condominium development in Covington, has already sold three of its 18 units.
JoshuaOne, the developer of the Views in Covington, is wrapping up work on the 18-unit building. Paul Zeltwanger, managing member of JoshuaOne, said it closed on the first two sales this week.
“The momentum is cranking up,” Zeltwanger told me. “It’s special. It’s something we’ve been excited about for a year and a half.”
