Glendale repeals updated incentives agreement for luxury resort after opposition


The city of Glendale said during an Aug. 22 public meeting that it will refer back to a development agreement that was approved with the former owner of the resort when it was announced in 2020. Some residents spoke at the meeting, voicing concerns over the incentives and noise issues due to the resort's outdoor concert venue.
