Gov. Tina Kotek announces homeless funding, says she is ‘disappointed’ by Portland plans


Gov. Tina Kotek's office announced funding totals and goals to address homelessness in Oregon metro areas Monday.

But Kotek also said she was "disappointed" by officials in Portland and Multnomah County and their lack of coordination and details in their plans.
