Grayson Capital plans new transit-oriented attainable housing in East Crossroads


Grayson Capital was chosen through a city RFP to redevelop an East Crossroads site now housing a small Police Department office and surface parking. The local builder plans 180 apartments — including 36 affordable units — and ground-floor commercial space with a health and wellness focus.
