Greater Cincinnati’s largest homebuilder plans 535-unit project near Columbus


Greater Cincinnati's largest homebuilder is planning a major project outside the region.

Erlanger-based Fischer Homes, through its Grand Communities Ltd. subsidiary, wants to build a 535-unit development on about 210 acres in Grove City, west of Jackson Pike, south of the intersection with Hibbs Road. The project, which is called Farmstead, calls for 415 single-family homes and 120 row houses, according to plans submitted to the city.
