Greater L.A. bolsters life-sciences inventory with industrial buildings converted to lab space


According to Cushman & Wakefield’s latest U.S. life-sciences report, the Greater Los Angeles market is smaller than its national competition, but a surplus of aged industrial space attracted developers looking for lab space.
