Group buys Kannapolis land for future apartment project as sewer capacity issues linger

FastStache LLC bought a roughly 35-acre site in Kannapolis for $1.15 million, according to Cabarrus County real estate records. The land was recently rezoned for a 266-unit multifamily project.
