GSA strikes new deal for Defense agency in Landover with no time to spare


The General Services Administration has inked a deal keeping a Department of Defense agency in suburban Maryland with the slimmest of margins before the agency's current lease was set to expire.

The GSA awarded a full-building lease Thursday to the owner of 3300 75th Ave. in Landover for the Defense Intelligence Agency, according to a notice posted to FedBizOpps.gov. The GSA's current lease, struck nearly a decade ago, was set to expire August 31.
