Harris County OKs spending plan for $1B Harvey recovery grant


More than $1 billion of federal money is on its way to help Harris County recover from Hurricane Harvey.

At its July 10 meeting, the Harris County Commissioners Court unanimously approved a spending plan for a $1.12 billion federal grant.
