Have institutional investors overpaid for houses in DFW and beyond?


Last year, Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant counties had among the highest percentage of institutional buyers of homes anywhere in the nation. Are those investors overpaying for the houses they acquire, and if so, what will the fallout be?
