Hawaii Convention Center names new executive chef


Hans Lentz has recently joined Hawaii Convention Center as its new executive chef, the Center announced Thursday. In his new role, Lentz oversees the 20,000-square-foot kitchen, including leading the venue’s dining and hospitality team and developing menus for gathering and events at the Center.
