Hawaiian Islands Land Trust to honor Hawaii Regional Cuisine co-founder Peter Merriman


Hawaii Chef Peter Merriman will be recognized for his sustainability efforts by the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust at its annual fundraising and awards gala, E Malama Aina Kakou, this September.

Merriman, who served as a board member for the nonprofit from 2011 to 2018, is one of the founders of the Hawaii Regional Cuisine movement.
