Health Care Heroes: Duane D. Miller and Wei Li of UTHSC


A drug used to treat COVID-19 patients at high risk for acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and death was designed and tested by Wei Li, Ph.D. and Duane D. Miller, Ph.D., both University of Tennessee Health Science Center researchers.
