Heavy Hitters – MultiFamily 2022 list

Information for the Heavy Hitter lists was supplied by brokerage representatives through a nomination form. Only multifamily sales closed during 2021 are considered for this category and may not include all activity for the broker or agent. This list is ranked by units sold. All agents are required to provide a spreadsheet verifying units, square footage and number of transactions per each category entered. As with all heavy hitter lists, shared deals must be split among coworkers handling the deal. All units rankings represent just the agent’s portion of any deal. Representative deals reflect total units of the deal, not the agent’s portion for shared efforts. In all 35,710 units traded hands through the eight listmakers in 2021. This is a huge increase over 2020 where 17,912 units were sold by six heavy hitters.
