Henrietta Lacks’ estate sues second pharmaceutical company over use of her cells

The family members allege that Ultragenyx has "made a fortune" from products made using Lacks' cells, which were taken from Lacks without her knowledge or consent during treatments at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore.
