Her biotech company is blasting industry standards for ear self-care


Elyse Stoltz Dickerson, who is the CEO and co-founder of Fort Worth-based biotechnology firm Eosera Inc., has spent the past four years developing a suite of ear health related products (with products like EarWax MD and Wax Blaster MD, which the company says were the first new innovations in topical earwax treatments in decades) that now have national distribution in both CVS and Rite Aid stores. She said that came from focusing on people rather than profits.
