A 10-unit luxury apartment development is getting ready to open at the site of a former boarding house in Federal Hill.
The $3.9 million Darcy on Light Street was developed over the past year by Chasen Construction and Stanton Park Development at 1702 S. Light St.
The project replaced Victory House, a troubled boarding house in South Baltimore that was condemned by the city and shut down three years ago before being razed to make way for the apartment project.
