Highwoods’ plan to add office, retail at Morrocroft Centre in SouthPark approved by Charlotte City Council

One Morrocroft Centre in SouthPark has been approved for rezoning. The approval makes way for Highwoods Properties to add office, retail and restaurant space to the existing office park.
