Highwoods Properties completes $201.2M purchase of Legacy Union tower in uptown Charlotte


The more than $200 million sale of Legacy Union's SIX50 building in uptown Charlotte to Raleigh-based Highwoods Properties closed today. Lincoln Harris and Goldman Sachs Asset Management's sale of 650 S. Tryon St., was filed this morning, according to Mecklenburg County real estate records.
